Nikon D750 was released in September 2014, and D850 in August 2017. Both Cameras are Amazing with some similarities, but if you are looking for the best one I would recommend you to buy Nikon D850 rather than D750.

Why Do I Recommend Nikon D850?

  • The light sensitivity of the Nikon D850 is 64-25,600 ISO & expandable to 32-102400 ISO, but D750 is 100-12800 ISO & expandable to 50- 51000 ISO. You will get 2 times better low-light & tough-light photography with Nikon D850 than D750.
  • It has a touchscreen display that helps to focus or zoom on any specific object by tapping on the screen. Nikon D750 doesn’t have it.
  • It has 2,359k dots higher resolution screen that helps to display more detailed visual information than the D750. Nikon D750 has 1229k dots resolution screen.
  • Its continuous shooting speed is 7 fps, Which means it can take up to 7 pictures in a second whereas Nikon D750 can take up to 6.5. To do that you just need to press & hold the shutter button. This feature gives you more options to select the best shoot from 7 of them.
  • Nikon D850 is built with  Expeed 5 image processor and D750 is built with Expeed 4. Expeed 5 processor is built to provide better autofocus, faster Image processing, and better resolution and it consumes less power to run for extra time.
  • The battery power of the Nikon D850 is super it can shoot 1840 pictures on a single charge whereas D750 can shoot only 1230.
  • Nikon D850 can record high-resolution 4k video while D750 can shoot only Full HD video. With D850 you can record beautiful 3840×2160 realistic video with every single detail.
  • It contains 153 focus points, which helps to focus on 153 objects at the same time whereas the Nikon D750 has 51 focus points.

  • Anti Flicker feature is available on Nikon D850 that helps to reduce uneven color and exposure under flickering light but Nikon D750 Doesn’t have it.
  • It has a focus bracketing option, which allows you to take several images with different points of focus. D750 doesn’t allow you to do that.

Maybe the Nikon D750 price can make you comfortable because it’s little bit cheaper than D850. But you have to compromise all the above-mentioned features, which is not a good idea.  After all, the choice is yours.
